I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist offering private therapy in South East London. In addition to my work as a private therapist I am a senior Cognitive Behavioural Therapist within the NHS working in many settings with experience of providing therapy for a range of difficulties.

I am passionate about facilitating therapy and enjoy working creatively and collaboratively with all individuals to enable them to move forward with an aspect of their life they might be struggling with. I strongly believe therapy can be an enjoyable experience were the person commits to allowing themselves space in their life to develop confidence in the tools they can draw upon to improve their state of mind, long after therapy is over.

I have over 10 years’ experience working within the NHS as a Senior Clinical Psychologist with adults experiencing complex and enduring mental health problems.

I have experience of delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy for people across a range of age groups and emotional and psychological difficulties. I am also trained and experienced in offering a wide range of therapy approaches and techniques.

We like to speak to all potential clients on the phone prior to booking the first appointment to assess suitability. We aim to respond to you within 48 hrs. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9:00-17:00.
