Three Steps To Starting Your Journey

STEP 1

GETTING
IN TOUCH

At Your Chair Therapy, we offer a free 20-minute telephone consultation to answer any questions you have about therapy, to briefly discuss what you would like support with and to book your initial assessment session.

STEP 2

UNDERSTANDING YOUR NEEDS

Before your assessment session we send a short prompt sheet. This will help you to think about your priorities, preferences and ultimately, your goals for therapy, giving us an initial picture of how we can help.

STEP 3

MEETING YOUR THERAPIST

This in-person session allows for deeper conversation about your needs and to get to know your therapist. By the end of this session you will have a collaborative agreed treatment plan to help you move forward.

We like to speak to all potential clients on the phone prior to booking the first appointment to assess suitability. We aim to respond to you within 48 hrs. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9:00-17:00.

We offer both virtual and face to face therapy please highlight your preference below. 

We have various options for carrying out face to face therapy appointments across South East London. We use therapy rooms located in East Dulwich, Nunhead, Tulse Hill, Peckham Rye and Sydenham.
